Product Information - In the cart, there is a selection for "request info"  below each item.  Select it, fill out your question and send it.  This allows us to know exactly the product and to better answer your questions.

international Shipping - We do not ship outside of the North American Continent. There is labor time involved, shipping costs are high, there is virtually no guarantee of delivery and most customers do not want to pay the costs to overcome those facts.

Discounts - Our multi quantity discounts are posted on the sites where it is practical. We only discount orders where applicable, we do not mix and match for discounts.

Returns - Returns must be authorized by obtaining a return authorization from us. All returns, at our discretion, will be charged a 20% restock fee. Return shipping costs are on the buyer. All our merchandise is security marked, switching is discouraged.

Custom lettering-No returns on customized lettering, we make certain that we communicate your requirements, please check your email frequently so we can resolve any lettering questions. We will not ship until we have clear lettering requirements.
